PALEO ALMOND BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES
A batch made in heaven!
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
Prepare a cookie sheet by greasing with coconut oil.
In a large bowl mix together the coconut oil (make sure it's melted!), almond butter, eggs, pure vanilla extract, almond milk and honey.
In a separate bowl mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda and salt.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir until everything is combined.
Break up your chocolate bar into small chunks and add to the batter and mix.
Roll the dough into balls and place on your cookie sheet. You can either leave them as balls or you can flatten them with a fork!
