LAVENDER INFUSED HONEY ICE-CREAM

A Rich, Smooth, Refreshing Dessert infused with Raw and Unfiltered Better Mrkt Linden Honey!

Ingredients

1/4 cup The Better Mrkt Raw + Unfiltered Linden Honey

1 T dried lavender flowers

2 14 fl oz cans coconut cream

1/4 cup almond milk

3 tsp sweet potato powder

1 tsp xanthan gum
Directions
Gently heat honey and lavender flowers over a double boiler for about 20 min, then strain out the flowers and let cool.
Mix xanthan gum with almond milk to form a slurry, then add infused honey and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours before adding to a ice cream machine. Freeze until ready to serve, at least 2 hours.
